Personal note

I grew up in hospitality and the event world — it is the profession in which I found myself. What has always moved me is the moment when everything comes together: the preparation is done, the guests are there, and the whole thing runs exactly as it should. That sense of calm at the peak of the hustle is what I do it for. It is why I do this work with such dedication.

My work revolves around one principle: creating calm for the client. The more complex the situation, the more important it is that someone keeps the overview, makes decisions and keeps the whole thing moving. That is my role — and I perform it with precision.

I work from a combination of experience and discipline. Years in hospitality taught me what hospitality really means: anticipating needs before they are spoken. Years as a tour and event manager gave me precisely the calm that is needed when plans change — adapting quickly without letting quality suffer. Both are indispensable in my profession.

My approach is clear. I listen first, plan next, and execute with an eye for detail. I work in a structured way, communicate directly and take responsibility — also when things turn out differently than planned. For clients who expect the highest level, this translates into service, discretion and attention down to the smallest detail.

I function best in an environment where professionalism and personal attention come together. Sometimes I am out in front, when direction is needed. More often I work in the background, so that everything in the foreground runs flawlessly. In both cases the goal is the same: a result you look back on with confidence.
