Travel Manager
As a travel manager, logistical planning is central. I translate a travel request into a concrete, achievable plan: routes, schedules, transport, accommodation and alignment between all parties. I think ahead, anticipate changes and make sure every step of the journey connects — from departure to arrival, from the daily programme to the smallest detail.
I focus on high-end and exclusive VIP travel and luxury travel concierge work, and as a discreet traveling assistant for wealthy families in Europe, for clients who expect the highest level of service, discretion and attention. I speak fluent English and German and have worked abroad during several periods, which gives me a worldwide, reliable network of people and expertise. I work in Western Europe and in the rest of Europe. Projects beyond national borders are certainly possible.
Event Manager
As an event manager I am often involved in an event from A to Z, in order to create an unforgettable experience. As the first point of contact for suppliers, partners and colleagues, I ensure that the tasks and decisions arising from concept and production are carried out. Sometimes I am involved from the concept stage, sometimes purely in the delivery on site. It simply depends on where YOU need support.
My knowledge of events is broad, with expertise in the football and music world. From staff parties and concerts to corporate gatherings, ranging from 20 to 1,000 people. I supervise set-up and breakdown, make sure the people on the ground have clear tasks and step in where needed. As a point of contact in both preparation and delivery, I leave nothing to chance.
Tour Manager
As a tour manager I have been responsible in recent years for American and Canadian groups touring Europe and taking part in a wide variety of events. From high school students at the United Nations in Switzerland to veterans on the beaches of Normandy; from business, cultural, food, music, football and ice hockey tours to cruises.
I am also available for the development of these tours and events. Inspecting and contracting transport, accommodation, catering, day trips, workshops, restaurants and unique concert venues — with on-site delivery as the end result — is part of my expertise.
